Leningrad Cowboys & Alexandrov Rote Armee Ensemble – Total Balalaika Show [2008, DVD]

Total Balalaika Show" On June 12, 1993, more than 70,000 people witnessed a historic event in Helsinki:
For the first time - and on the largest stage ever set up in Finland - the 'Leningrad Cowboys' performed together with the Alexandrov Red Army Choral and Dance Ensemble. A handful of hardened individualists met a collective of more than 100 singers, 40 musicians and 20 dancers.
The concert includes rock classics like "Happy Together", "Delilah", "Gimme All Your Lovin" and "Knocking On Heaven's Door" as well as the traditional hits from the Red Army Choir's repertoire.
An unforgettable and extraordinary coming together of the new and old world, of West and East. At that time a milestone of perestroika.
