Tokyo – The Westworld Encounter (1985)

In 1983 Klaus Luley left Tokyo to form the hard rock band Craaft. This initially resulted in Tokyo to dissolve, but Ken Taylor and Volker Barber, who had replaced Lothar Krell for their third album "San", made an attempt to continue the band. They added Holger Schmidt to the line-up and this three piece outfit recorded "The Westworld Encounter".
The album is the only release by Tokyo not featuring Robert Musenbichler.
A fun fact is that all members of the 1983 Tokyo line-up sessioned on the 1985 Debbie Bonham album "For You And The Moon".
