2000 "Southern Lips" is recorded in March and released in August. Ray Magdelano quits the band and is replaced by Roger Brown. Several shows follow at B.B. Kings, Paladino's and the Blue Saloon. Jamie Purpora plays the Chicago Blues Festival. 2001 Erik Sabo leaves the band. They go on as a power trio.
