Jim Peterik (* 11. November 1950 in Berwyn, Illinois) ist ein US-amerikanischer Songwriter und Rockmusiker. Als Mitglied der Rockband Survivor war er zusammen mit Frankie Sullivan Autor der für den Oscar und den Golden Globe Award nominierten Hitsingle Eye of the Tiger.

Jim Peterik is an American musician and songwriter, best known for founding Survivor and co-writing "Eye of the Tiger". He also performs with The Ides of March, Pride of Lions, and Jim Peterik's Lifeforce.
