Published. ECS-81483 Vinyl LP (1981) Apr 12 2008. Prism had been threatening to release a better than decent album for some time and Small Change. The band seem to have finally dropped all pretence at aiming for a harder, rockier sound and settled for a more pop-orientated approach, with a liberal scattering of ballads.
