In the late '80s and early '90s, the small, Chicago-based Red Light Records set out to document the Windy City hard rock/heavy metal scene with releases by Joker and Diamond Rexx (who had previously recorded for Island). Led by the outrageous, sneering Nasti Habits, the obscure Rexx had a very Alice Cooper -ish sound.
