For a period from the mid-'80s through to the '90s and beyond, Gary Duncan led his own band Quicksilver and released a number of albums. Shapeshifter Volumes 1 & 2 was the first album to bear the Quicksilver name for 10 years when it was originally released in 1996. The album bears the hallmark that is unmistakably Quicksilver.
