Panram's sophomore release, RATS is certainly one of the more rare discs in my collection. This German metal band sounds like a mixture of Queensryche, Crimson Glory and a little bit of Metal Church all rolled into one band. Guitarist Ricci Tessalla plays like a madman on this record.
