Chris: Wie kam es zu der Neuauflage von Velvet Viper? Jutta: Ich konnte von 1993 bis 2010 meine Zed Yago Songs nicht mehr singen. Es hat mich immer sehr traurig gemacht und unglücklich.

German Heavy Metal band with female singers Jutta Weinhold (until 1990) and Yvonne Durand. Formed 1986 and existed in it's first set-up until 1990. Jutta Weinhold continued the Zed Yago concept as Velvet Viper. Guitarist Jimmy Durand re-activated the band in 2002 along with his wife as new singer.

Die 1986 ursprünglich als Sedjago gegründete Band um die Frontfrau und Sängerin Jutta Weinhold veröffentlichte 1988 ihr Debütalbum From Over Yonder, das sich mit Zed Yago, der fiktiven Tochter des fliegenden Holländers beschäftigt, die der Band auch den Namen gab.
