An officer suffering from a blood disease becomes haunted by a serial killer and now wanted for his murders.
2089, Tallinn, Estonia is isolated and struggling with a blood disease while drugs and corruption reign over the city. Then a series of horrific murders cast another shadow over the city. All the victims were officers, mostly corrupt drug enforcement policeman.The unidentified serial killer, Edmund Vaher, calls the police to report his death and then commits suicide without a note or explanation. The authorities find him shortly after, taking his blood and preserving it for donation.
