The Pretty Things - British rock band performing - first garage rhythm and blues (in tune with the Rolling Stones, but much more hard), then the music is close to psychedelic art-rock and hard rock. The first two albums The Pretty Things (as well as hit singles: Do not Bring Me Down, Honey I Need) are considered classics of the '60s. Pretty Things' first three singles appeared in the UK Singles Chart in 1964 and 1965: " " No. 41, " Don't Bring Me Down " No. 10, and the self-penned "Honey I Need" at No. 13. English (initially) R&B and Beat band from London, formed in 1963. The Pretty Things disbanded in late 2018. In September 2020, less than half a year after Phil May's death, the band released a final acoustic album featuring recordings from 2019.
