The Belgian rock critic released his own debut CD in September 2002. If Only Stones Could Speak is a concept album built around the myths and legends of his hometown, Brugge.

This concept album is described as a musical journey through myths and legends of medieval Brugge (Bruges), the magical Belgian town that may be the best preserved medieval city in Europe.
