Procol Harum werden anno 2017 fünfzig Jahre alt und teilen als Band mit mir das gleiche Schicksal, denn auch ich erblickte im Jahr 1967 das Licht der Welt. Die Band um das letzte verbliebene Gründungsmitglied, Sänger und Bandleader Gary Brooker , feiert das Jubiläum in diesem Jahr mit der Veröffentlichung ihres 13.

Novum is the twelfth and final studio album by Procol Harum, released on 21 April 2017. It is their first album in 14 years, and their only not to feature lyrics by Keith Reid. It is also the last in Gary Brooker's lifetime.
