Journey's fourth album, released in January of 1978. Infinity marked a drastic change in the band's approach, by focusing on songwriting and paying closer attention to vocals and lyrical content, including the inclusion of vocalist Steve Perry, who would share vocal duties with keyboardist and previous vocalist, Gregg Rolie.
