Alexander James „Alex" Harvey (* 5. Februar 1935 in Glasgow, Schottland; † 4. Februar 1982 in Zeebrugge, Belgien) war ein britischer Rockmusiker. Mit seiner Sensational Alex Harvey Band (SAHB) war er in den 1970er Jahren ein erfolgreicher Bühnenstar in Europa.

History In August 1972, Alex Harvey formed the Sensational Alex Harvey Band (often shortened to SAHB, and pronounced "sab") with Zal Cleminson (guitar), Chris Glen (bass), and cousins Hugh (keyboards) and Ted McKenna (drums), all members of the progressive rock act Tear Gas. [4]
