VÖ: 30.03.2018. Bewertung: 10/10. AYREON online. Wenn eine seit mehr als 20 Jahren bestehende Band zum ersten Mal offiziell live spielt, kann man schon mal von der Reaktion der Fans überwältigt werden.

Hier wird musikalische Kunst auf höchstem Niveau geboten, wobei die AYREON Kompositionen schon immer weniger Wert auf Knoten in den Fingern und Ohren gelegt haben, als vielmehr auf Stimmung und Atmosphäre. Und genau das zeigt "Best Of Ayreon Live" eindrucksvoll: Gänsehautstimmung von der ersten Sekunde bis zum letzten Ton.
