Barrio Tiger, the raucous quartet from Los Angeles are one of the torch carriers in their own right and have released their debut effort Ave Maria on the Ghost Highway Recordings imprint after years of traversing the seediest dives and festival circuits of California and beyond.

Se llaman Barrio Tiger, son, como no podría ser de otra manera con ese nombre tan cholopunk, de la soleada Los Angeles, y están formados por Jimmy James (de los nunca suficientemente valorados The Hangmen), Calixto Hernandez, Pete Lyman y Mark Benquechea. Es decir, cuatro perros viejos del punk rock más barriobajero angelino.
