Of the Son and the Father was released in 2003, and shot to No. 5 in Rock Hard, a well known German metal magazine. The cover chosen for OSF depicted priests being crucified for their crimes. The cover did not encounter any problems in the west, but was challenged by the Japanese distributor, who felt it was too offensive.
