2004's Crunch was the third release from melodic rockers AdrianGale. The band, which featured former Guardian vocalist Jamie Rowe, had a great late 80's/early 90's melodic rock sound that was on par with Giant, Mr. Big, Nelson, Von Groove and of course Guardian. There's also a fair resemblance to modern melodic rock masters Harem Scarem.
