This album is the first release made by Danny Wilde on the MP3.com website. The original MP3.com (based in San Diego, CA) allowed artists on the site to create CDs from material they had uploaded to the site. These were then available for purchase via the site as D.A.M. (Digital Automatic Music) CD-Rs. When the site was sold to CNET in December 2003, it was shut down and all releases became unavailable.
